Dwelli helps roommates in the same apartment manage shared bills (electricity, water, municipal tax / arnona, and similar). Each roommate confirms their share; only when the last roommate confirms are all shares charged through a payment-processing company, and then the supplier is paid. Dwelli is not a bank, and it does not sell electricity, water, or other utility services.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, and sign-in identifiers) when you register by phone, Google, or Sign in with Apple. Profile details you enter, including occupation or studies, and a profile photo if you choose one. An Israeli ID number, if provided, is stored encrypted on the server and is not returned to the app after it is saved. Apartment and invoice details that you or your roommates enter, or that are created when an invoice is imported or extracted. Each roommate’s confirmation of their share of a bill (confirmation is not a charge). A device identifier and a push-notification token, according to the preferences in your profile. Address search is sent to Google Maps / Places. If you connect Gmail — read-only access to find invoices, not for advertising. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the profile screen.
Payments and cards
Full card numbers (PAN) and CVV do not reach Dwelli servers. They are entered on the device and sent directly to the payment-processing company. Dwelli may store a token from the payment-processing company for a saved card; this is not the full card number.
We do not hold funds in advance (no J5 authorization hold). We do not charge before the last roommate has confirmed. We do not charge for a service that was not provided: a charge is only to cover an existing invoice that will be paid to the supplier. Only after the last roommate confirms do we charge every roommate for their share, through the payment-processing company, as a regular transaction. Only after those charges have been completed do we pay the supplier from the company card. There is no manual “Pay supplier” button.
Funds collected through the payment-processing company are not Dwelli revenue. They are collected to cover the invoice and to enable payment to the supplier. If we cannot pay the supplier after charging, the money is not kept by Dwelli as revenue — it will be refunded or handled through the payment-processing company, as the circumstances require.
The visual apartment card in the app is a collection display (a Dwelli identifier). It is not a bank card and not a real card number. The company credit card is the instrument that later pays the supplier.
A successful charge of your share is not a tax invoice from the supplier, and it does not mean the supplier has already been paid. After the supplier is paid, a notification is sent to the roommates.
Do not give PAN or CVV to Dwelli staff or to support.
Sharing
Google (Firebase for sign-in and notifications; Maps / Places for address search; Gmail if you connected it). Apple (if you signed in with Apple). The payment-processing company (to charge each roommate’s share, and only after everyone has confirmed). Utility suppliers, only as needed to verify and pay a bill that has been charged, from the company card. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can disconnect Gmail in the app, change notification preferences, and request deletion of your account at abdalla@dwelli.co.il.
Age
Dwelli is for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at minors.

מה נאסף
פרטי חשבון (שם, אימייל, טלפון ומזהי התחברות) בהרשמה בטלפון, ב-Google או ב-Sign in with Apple. פרטי פרופיל שתזינו, כולל עיסוק או לימודים, ותמונת פרופיל אם בחרתם. תעודת זהות ישראלית, אם נמסרה, נשמרת מוצפנת בשרת ואינה מוחזרת לאפליקציה אחרי השמירה. פרטי דירה וחשבוניות שאתם או השותפים מזינים, או שנוצרים כשחשבונית מיובאת או מחולצת. אישור של כל שותף על חלקו בחשבון (האישור אינו חיוב). מזהה מכשיר וטוקן להתראות דחיפה, לפי ההעדפות בפרופיל. חיפוש כתובת נשלח לגוגל מפות / Places. אם מחברים Gmail — גישה לקריאה בלבד לאיתור חשבוניות, לא לפרסום. אפשר לנתק את Gmail בכל עת ממסך הפרופיל.
תשלומים וכרטיסים
מספר כרטיס מלא (PAN) ו-CVV לא מגיעים לשרתי Dwelli. הם מוזנים במכשיר ונשלחים ישירות לחברת הסליקה. Dwelli עשויה לשמור טוקן של חברת הסליקה לחיוב כרטיס שמור; זה אינו מספר הכרטיס המלא.
אין החזקת כסף מראש (אין J5). אין חיוב לפני שהשותף האחרון אישר. אין חיוב על שירות שלא ניתן: החיוב הוא רק לכיסוי חשבונית קיימת שתשולם לספק. רק אחרי שהאחרון מאשר מחייבים את כל השותפים בחלקם, באמצעות חברת הסליקה, בעסקה רגילה. רק אחרי שהחיובים בוצעו משלמים לספק מכרטיס החברה. אין כפתור ידני «שלם לספק».
הכספים שנגבים באמצעות חברת הסליקה אינם הכנסה של Dwelli. הם נגבים כדי לכסות את החשבונית ולאפשר תשלום לספק. אם לא ניתן לשלם לספק אחרי החיוב, הכסף לא נשמר אצל Dwelli כהכנסה — יוחזר או יטופל מול חברת הסליקה לפי הנסיבות.
כרטיס הדירה הוויזואלי באפליקציה הוא תצוגת גבייה (מזהה Dwelli). זה אינו כרטיס בנק ואינו מספר כרטיס אמיתי. כרטיס האשראי של החברה הוא האמצעי שמשלם אחר כך לספק.
חיוב מוצלח של חלקכם אינו חשבונית מס מהספק, ואינו אומר שהספק כבר קיבל תשלום. אחרי שהספק שולם נשלחת התראה לשותפים.
אין למסור PAN או CVV לעובדי Dwelli או לתמיכה.
שיתוף
גוגל (Firebase להתחברות ולהתראות; מפות / Places בחיפוש כתובת; Gmail אם חיברתם). Apple (אם התחברתם עם Apple). חברת הסליקה (לחיוב חלקו של כל שותף, ורק אחרי שכולם אישרו). ספקי תשתיות, רק ככל שנדרש לאימות ולתשלום חשבון שחויב, מכרטיס החברה. אין מכירת מידע אישי.
