What Dwelli is
Dwelli is a tool for roommates in the same apartment to manage shared bills (electricity, water, municipal tax / arnona, and similar), for each roommate to confirm their share, and to charge those shares only after everyone has confirmed — and then to pay the supplier. Dwelli is not a bank, not an electricity, water, or municipal-tax provider, and not a party to your contract with the supplier.
How it works
An invoice arrives (for example by email). You may connect a mailbox or upload a file; the system may extract the bill details and split the amount among the roommates in the apartment.
Each roommate sees their share and confirms that they will pay it. Confirmation is not a charge.
Only when the last roommate confirms does Dwelli charge every roommate for their share, through a payment-processing company, as a regular transaction.
Only after those charges have been completed does Dwelli pay the supplier (electricity, water, municipal tax, etc.) from the company card. There is no manual “Pay supplier” button, and the supplier is not paid before the shares have been charged.
We do not hold funds in advance (no J5 authorization hold). We do not charge a roommate before the last roommate has confirmed. We do not charge for a service that was not provided: a charge is only to cover an existing invoice that will be paid to the supplier. If we cannot pay the supplier after charging, the money is not kept by Dwelli as revenue — it will be refunded or handled through the payment-processing company, as the circumstances require.
A successful charge of your share does not mean the supplier has already been paid. The bill is “paid to the supplier” only after Dwelli has completed payment to the supplier. After the supplier is paid, a notification is sent to the roommates.
The visual apartment card in the app is a collection display in the interface (a Dwelli identifier). It is not a payment card issued to you.
Funds collected through the payment-processing company are not Dwelli revenue. They are collected to cover the invoice and to enable payment to the supplier.
Cards and payment processing
Full card numbers and CVV are not sent to Dwelli servers. They remain on the device and are sent to the payment-processing company. Dwelli does not store full card numbers or CVV. Do not give them to Dwelli staff or to support.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, connect only a mailbox you are allowed to use, and confirm and pay only with a card you are authorized to use. How shares are split among roommates is your responsibility. If a roommate does not confirm, no one is charged, and the supplier is not paid through Dwelli for that bill.
Accounts
We may suspend an account where there is reasonable ground to believe it has been used for fraud or abuse. You may request account closure at abdalla@dwelli.co.il.
Liability and law
Dwelli is a coordination, confirmation, and collection tool for paying an invoice to a supplier. We are not responsible for a roommate who does not confirm or whose charge fails, for the supplier’s own site or billing, or for service disconnection. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

מהי Dwelli
Dwelli היא כלי לשותפים באותה דירה לנהל חשבונות משותפים (חשמל, מים, ארנונה וכיוצא באלה), לאשר כל אחד את חלקו, ולגבות את החלקים רק כשכולם אישרו — ואז לשלם את החשבון לספק. Dwelli אינה בנק, אינה ספקית חשמל, מים או ארנונה, ואינה צד לחוזה שלכם מול הספק.
איך זה עובד:
חשבונית מגיעה (למשל במייל). אפשר לחבר תיבת דואר או להעלות קובץ; המערכת עשויה לחלץ את פרטי החשבון ולחלק את הסכום בין השותפים בדירה.
כל שותף רואה את חלקו ומאשר שהוא ישלם אותו. האישור אינו חיוב.
רק כשהשותף האחרון משלם, Dwelli מחייבת את כל השותפים בחלקם, באמצעות חברת הסליקה, בעסקה רגילה
רק אחרי שהחיובים בוצעו, Dwelli משלמת לספק (חשמל, מים, ארנונה, וכו׳) מכרטיס החברה. אין כפתור ידני לשלם לספק, ואין תשלום לספק לפני שהחלקים חויבו.
אין החזקת כסף מראש (אין J5). אין חיוב של שותף לפני שהאחרון אישר. אין חיוב על שירות שלא ניתן: החיוב הוא רק לכיסוי חשבונית קיימת שתשולם לספק. אם לא ניתן לשלם לספק אחרי החיוב, הכסף לא נשמר אצל Dwelli כהכנסה — יוחזר או יטופל מול חברת הסליקה לפי הנסיבות.
חיוב מוצלח של חלקכם אינו אומר שהספק כבר קיבל את התשלום. «החשבון שולם מול הספק» רק אחרי ש-Dwelli השלימה את התשלום לספק. אחרי שהספק שולם, נשלחת התראה לשותפים.
כרטיס הדירה הוויזואלי באפליקציה הוא תצוגת גבייה בממשק (מזהה Dwelli). זה אינו כרטיס אשראי שהונפק לכם.
הכספים שנגבים באמצעות חברת הסליקה אינם הכנסה של Dwelli. הם נגבים כדי לכסות את החשבונית ולאפשר תשלום לספק.
כרטיסים וסליקה
מספר כרטיס מלא ו-CVV לא נשלחים לשרתי Dwelli. הם נשארים במכשיר ונשלחים לחברת הסליקה. Dwelli לא שומרת מספר כרטיס מלא או CVV. אין למסור אותם לעובדי Dwelli או לתמיכה.
אחריות המשתמש
יש למסור מידע מדויק, לחבר רק תיבת דואר שמותר לכם להשתמש בה, ולאשר ולשלם רק בכרטיס שאתם מורשים להשתמש בו. חלוקת החלקים בין השותפים היא באחריותכם. אם שותף לא מאשר — אין חיוב לאיש, והספק לא משולם דרך Dwelli על החשבון הזה.
חשבונות
מותר להשעות חשבון שיש יסוד סביר שנעשה בו שימוש להונאה או לרעה. אפשר לבקש סגירת חשבון בכתובת abdalla@dwelli.co.il.
אחריות ודין
Dwelli היא כלי תיאום, אישור וגבייה לצורך תשלום חשבונית לספק. איננו אחראים לשותף שלא אישר או שחיובו נכשל, לאתר או לחיוב של הספק עצמו, או לניתוק שירות. הדין החל: דיני מדינת ישראל.
